The Institutional Programs Office supports researchers who are applying for a CFI JELF Partnership.
The CFI currently partners with the Canada Research Chair (CRC) program; the Canada Excellence Research Chairs (CERC) program; the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada's (NSERC) Industrial Research Chair program and the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada's (SSHRC) Partnership Grants programs through the JELF Partnership application stream.
Deadlines for a JELF Partnership follow those of the partnering agency's relevant program deadlines.
If you are currently a Canada Research Chair or you are a CRC nominee and are submitting your JELF application at the same time as your CRC renewal or nomination, please follow the internal deadlines accordingly. Further enquiries can be directed to the UBC Secretariat and/or our office.
